Zero Waste Lemon Peel + Vanilla Jam by Juno

In a bid to reduce food waste this jam is made out of leftover lemon peels, where the juice has been used to flavour Juno’s other sweet preserves. Enjoy it on toast, croissants or on porridge.

Established in 2020, Juno produces small batches of seasonal preserves including jam, marmalade, chutney and chilli jams, usually with an interesting ingredient or twist. With the goal of producing interesting flavours people can use in multiple ways. 

Ingredients: lemon peel, sugar, water, lemon juice, vanilla.
