POSTAGE

Orders will be processed within 2 working days.

All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, tracked and signed. For delivery to the UK & Northern Ireland postage costs will depend on the weight of the item.

Please get in touch if you are further afield and we will get a postage quote for you ASAP.

You will receive an email when the package has been dispatched, bear in mind that during COVID 19 shipping may take a little longer than usual.

If you haven’t received your parcel within 7 working days from dispatch, then please email hello@bamglasgow.co.uk and we will look into it for you ASAP.

RETURNS

We want you to love everything you buy from us and for it to bring you endless joy and happiness. If your purchase turns out not to be the one we are happy to offer a full refund on the item(s) provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent to you.

Email hello@bamglasgow to let us know within 14 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll try to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Returns postage must be paid by the customer and we advise sending the item tracked with proof of postage. If the item is lost or damaged in the post, we will be unable to process the return.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed after it has been returned to us.

We are unable to offer returns on some items. Perishable goods such as food, coffee and flowers cannot be returned.
