Who are BAM?

We’re an independent coffee and vintage shop for people who like their flat whites just right and their clothes older than they are.

Since opening our doors in 2018, twin sisters Elaine and Jen have been brewing up great coffee, curating vintage with stories to tell, and selling you that 70s vase you didn’t know you needed.

Nearly seven years on, we’re still here in Glasgow’s Southside - loving our community, our makers, and our slightly strange collection of treasures.

Our team’s grown too: some of the best Bams around. Caffeine-fuelled, vintage-obsessed, and just the right amount of weird.

What is BAM?

We started with two ideas: great coffee and great finds. Everything else - the community, the creatives, the chaos, came naturally.

Upstairs: espresso, cake that disappears fast, and beans from the roasters we love.
Downstairs: curated vintage for every body and every vibe.

We keep it independent — local makers, artists, and small brands doing their thing. Sustainably sourced. Carefully chosen. Never boring.

Come for the coffee. Stay for the vintage. Leave with something you didn’t know you needed.

Why BAM?

It stands for Bunty And Margaret, the women responsible for inspiring our concept. Margaret, our Gran, is the one who taught us how to bake and the importance of a good cup of tea. Her sister, Bunty, our Great Aunt is the reason we love a charity shop and all things vintage.

Where is BAM?

You can find us at 44 Nithsdale Road, in the South side of Glasgow, Scotland and online on Instagram and Tiktok.
