Who are BAM?

We’re an independent coffee and vintage shop for people who like their flat whites just right and their clothes older than they are.

Guest espresso, vintage with stories, and the occasional 70s vase you didn’t need but definitely want.

Opened by Glasgow twin sisters Elaine and Jen in 2018. Nearly seven years later, we’re still here, and still very much in love with our Southside community.

Our team’s grown too — some of the best Bams we could find. Caffeine-fuelled, vintage loving and just the right amount of weird.

What is BAM?

We set out to create a space where you can find speciality coffee and shop sustainably — because fast fashion is so last season. We’re all about championing local artists and makers, so while you wait for your perfect flat white, you can hunt for cool gifts and quirky homewares.

Upstairs: espresso based drinks, beans from our favourite roasters, cake that definitely won’t last, and tasty treats from local artisans.

Downstairs is where the vintage magic happens — a curated range of ready-to-wear vintage clothing for every occasion and every body!

Swing by, grab a coffee, and accidentally buy something brilliant.

Why BAM?

It stands for Bunty And Margaret, the women responsible for inspiring our concept. Margaret, our Gran, is the one who taught us how to bake and the importance of a good cup of tea. Her sister, Bunty, our Great Aunt is the reason we love a charity shop and all things vintage.

Where is BAM?

You can find us at 44 Nithsdale Road, in the South side of Glasgow, Scotland and online on Instagram and Tiktok.
