Miso Apple Butter by Juno

Perfect for adding to yoghurt, ice cream or porridge as well as toast, croissants and desserts.

Established in 2020, Juno produces small batches of seasonal preserves including jam, marmalade, chutney and chilli jams, usually with an interesting ingredient or twist. With the goal of producing interesting flavours people can use in multiple ways. 

Ingredients: apple (47%), miso (2%), SOYA, cultured rice, water, sea salt, granulated sugar, lemon juice.
