Trodden Black’s take on the classic Salsa Verde. Roasted Honeydew melon entangled with that old familiar chilli, Jalapeno. All the chillies are lacto-fermented for extra tang and features lime 4 ways: juice, rind, fresh Kaffir leaf and black lime. It's limey, hot, sweet/savoury, earthy and a little bitter.
